The current theory is that SKSE has some sort of new game bootstrap loader that prevents AFT from properly initializing. Unfortunately, I have not been able to replicate the bug on my own machine. So maybe the issue is enabling aft within the first 24 game hours of a new game. ![]() which would result in the same state as the first users advice. However, the instructions for the clean reset include removing the mod, waitin 24 hours of game time while it is uninstalled and then re-installing as part of the steps. Other users report a clean reset fixed the problem.
